the city - our city seriously sucks. A huge amount of money goes through it yet services / infrastructure really suck compared to capital cities in other countries of the world with the same or worse budget. What's worse is there is no sign of sustainable profit coming from anything on the horizon and the countries debt is outpacing the standing GDP by multiple times. If we lose international crediting and support there would be terrible fallout which is a pity since we are supposed to be a first world country with huge resources. (it's probably sustainable access to those resources by extra-national forces that maintain the value of our dollar)

body and water

people are often said to be made up of mostly water, but given there are 2 oxygen molecules for every 1 hydrogen molecule , in a grand perspective the bodies chemistry is mostly made up of gas. we are like dense gas blobs surrounded by denser , harder stuff.

Forgot to mark down a ' told you so' here regarding salt and its having an undeserved bad rap. Real salt (not the manufactured kind) that has plastic cooked out of it, is an incredibly healthy and important supplement for ones body.  I'm betting this is very true, that my sources are right and that salt has been the victim of character assasinassass like fat before it.
